Please excuse the terrible photo but its been raining here for days and I just cant seem to get a better one.This is my LO for Out Of The Hat this month.
The criteria really made me stop and think.
fabric, 3 different sized flowers and chipboard.
So Ive made a fabric ruffle under my photo, used 3 different sized paper flowers and a
Sweet Vintage doily and lastly the date tag is chipboard covered with pp.
