June almost over.

Hi there
Wow what a whirl wind month its been. I cant believe June is almost over, not to mention we are half way through '09' already.
As you can see I managed to get a little scrapping done this month. Ive posted an over view of each layout below.
I have one other on the go but Ive encountered some scrappers block and cant seem to finish it.
Actually its one I started over a year ago, so that LO will have to wait till next month to have its debut on my little blog.
Things have been pretty busy around here with the boys. They are growing up too fast.
OK better make it short and sweet. Busy, busy, busy.
Bye for now. TFL.

All Boy LO.

Hey there
Well as you can see below. I have just posted another LO. All Boy.
This ones a little busier than my usual style but it was great fun, so maybe its a sign of things to come.
I have done a little bit of stamping on this LO. Its not my strongest point I'm afraid to say, but i need more practice so I gave it a go.
My cousin is a wiz at stamping and her cards are so beautiful. Here's a link to her blog
My Time 2 Create
http://tracybayley.blogspot.com/
Check her out. Shes very clever.
All pp used for this LO is from Kaiser Crafts. Cant get enough of Kaiser Craft paper. I always seem to gravitate towards Kaiser stuff and its the one brand I'm almost guaranteed to leave my LSS with every time. Not to mention its a great name. We used to have a dog called Kaiser (RIP ol' boy) who we still miss terribly.
Any way as I was saying Kaiser Craft rocks! What I wouldn't give to visit their outlet in Geelong.
Have a look, its amazing.

The pp I chose for this LO are from the Skull Boi and K Bots range.
The photo is sepia but I thought the colour lended it self well to the orange tones in the pp and card stock. Not to mention that my album was starting to look decidedly blue. It needed a colour injection.
So hopefully in the future you will see a more diverse colour palette in my pages and less blue.
Its too easy to stick to blue when you have 2 boys.
OK well that's about it so its over and out from me. TFL

My beautiful little niece. Shes my favourite excuse to do "girly" pages.
This is my interpretation of Tatums 'Monday Night Sketch'

Lil Prince Charming.

This is my first LO for about 12 months. Cant believe its taken me so long.
Ive had very little time with 2 kids now and my craft stuff has been packed away in storage for over 6 months, that's why its taken for ever. TFL

Remember me?

Finally another post!
Well, 'boy oh boy', have I been busy. Not so much with crafty stuff, but with our BIG move. We made the move interstate for DH to start his new job. He recently finished his 3 years of study at Uni and now he has started his new career.
Needless to say, we are all extremely proud of him and his achievements and incredibly excited about what the future holds.
We love the area we live in and are adjusting quite well. We are missing family quite a lot but we do have family here so its been nice to spend more time with them.

You may have noticed that my little blog has had a bit of a make over. Maybe I was inspired by our new beginnings, or maybe i was just bored with the old one.
I have decided to devote this blog to my crafts.
My photography can now be viewed on my other blog.
Captured Moments.

Hope you find time to stop by for a look.

Now for the crafty stuff.
Ive been on a jewellery craze again and will soon post some photos of my latest creations.
Ive had such a blast shopping for beads on the Internet and have also listed some of my creations for sale on made it.com http://www.madeit.com.au/

Ive also found a little time for some much needed scrapbooking. I have come to the conclusion that scrapbooking is my favourite of all my crafty outlets.
Its very therapeutic and allows me to combine so many of my favourite crafts on one project. Not to mention preserving those special and priceless memories of my family.
I have at the moment 3 layouts on the go that I'm hoping to finish and upload here soon.

OK that's enough waffle from me. On with the craft. TFL
