The finished canvas.

Hello everyone. Well here's that canvas Ive been banging on about, finally finished all ready for my lovely sister-in-laws 18th birthday this week end.Its not the best of photos I'm afraid. The pinks are much darker IRL.I have painted the back grround in acrylics and then added the rub ons. I think the chandeliers are by Hambly designs and the dragon flies are Kaiser Crafts. The quotes are by Rosies studios. The paints I have used are Kaiser colour in 'Sea breeze' and a little Kaiser colour 'Hot pink' blended in as well (although its hard to see.)I have painted the sides and the border on the front with a black base coat. The same black paint was also used to blend with the sea breeze colour around the outside on the front of the canvas. The pink orchids are silk flowers that I bought from a discount store and cut off the stem to adhere to the canvas. The aqua flowers are Belle Fleur by Prima. The bling is by Kaiser crafts and so are the black beaded stick on chain that Ive used to make it look like the chandeliers are suspended by. The butterflies are by Clear Cuts Craft. The alphas are American crafts, They were white and I have painted them in the hot pink paint rubbed some dusty rose kindy glitz over and then brushed a little bit of black ink over the top. I have also given the canvas a seal with a spray on acid free sealer in a gloss finish. Ive attached the photo in a way that it can be removed and replaced in the future if need be.
When I get a chance to take a photo, Ill show you what I made last Thursday. Hope you are all having a great week. TFL

This is so creative. Your sister in law is going to love it! I've never really thought to make something like this, but the possibilities are endless of the great things you could add to a project like this. Thanks for the inspiration!!
